Maintenance Report: Meeting put on by Monarch Paving at 29 Pines on Feb. 24th will be going over road repair mixes and such, they would like someone to come from our township.
Heat issues at the town shop, H&H Plumbing came out and they think it’s the Dunn Energy box for peak times. They will be coming out tomorrow to look into it.
Chairman Report: None
Supervisor Reports: Question was asked about a non resident buying bags and throwing away trash here. Consensus of the board was that it’s better than trash being in the ditch.
Resident is complaining about how the Village of Knapp patrolman is plowing the boundary road (or not plowing it) when it drifts shut. Due to the agreement we have with Knapp it is their responsibility to keep it clean. Rich will compose a letter to the Village President about the complaints we’ve gotten.
Steve had to clean up a burm left by the snowmobile club groomer. He said it’s been better since the letter was sent to the club about the plowing.
Clerk-Treasurer Report: Election for tomorrow is all ready to go.
No Public Comment
Committee Reports: Plan Commission met on February 1st, they started going over the comprehensive plan. They are planning to meet again on Feb. 29th to keep going over revisions. The Plan Commission is in need of more members. Suggestion was made to see about having a 3 person committee instead of a 5 person. That way they would only need 2 people to have a quorum.
Reminder: March 8th 1-3pm – meeting of the Land and Water Conservation at the Knapp Hall.
Fire/Ambulance – Had 2 meetings over the last month. 5 Bugels had some plans drawn, they got it as small as they possibly could but still included all the necessities. They are working on getting a bid written up to have a design drawn.
No New Business
Motion to adjourn meeting was made by R. Monn, 2nd by M. Schutz. Approved.
Meeting adjourned at 7:40pm
