Maintenance Report:  Kevin was mowing by Caspers, the ditch is full of trash and debris.  Kevin has cleaned it up before and was told to send them the bill, which they paid. Rich will send a letter asking them to have it cleaned up by July 1st.  If it is not cleaned up by then Kevin will do it and charge the amount.

There are many cracks in 130th due to the winter.  Monarch is aware as it is still under warranty.  Links Asphalt came out and said it would cost approximately $10,000 to crack fill.

Total Excavating will get another letter and will have until July 1st to get their culverts cleared out, otherwise we will do it and send them a bill.

Resident is throwing away large bale bags late at night without paying for Stanton bags.  We will bill him $75 for what he has previously put in and let him know we will only accept these bags on Roll off Day.

Road Work – Approximately $125,000 to work with in the budget.  If we did all that needed to be done that is priority we would spend around $98,000.  Discussion on the repair of 210th, this will have to be done next year.

Val will put bids in the paper for the road work to be opened at the next meeting.

Chairman Report:  Rich received a call from Links about “cleanliness” of their property and asked the board to drive by his place and see what they thought.  Rich made sure everyone knew that we are offering personal opinions only and we carry no weight where the law is concerned.  Neighbor is suing saying that he cannot sell his place because Links place is an eyesore.  Board gave their opinion.  All agreed that it could be better but could be worse, it is a country home.  There are many places in the township that could be cleaned up.

Supervisors Reports:  Bike race is this coming weekend.  They have already painted the roads.  No one ever contacted the board.

Clerk-Treasurer Report:  None

Committee Reports:  Plan Commission – due to lack of attendees for the June 1st meeting they were not able to call the meeting to order. They will meet again on June 29th.

Fire/Ambulance:  They met with Bremer Bank to see about borrowing funds for the Fire Hall.  Bremer will be sending out more information.  Suggestion was made to have individual townships meet after all the figures are in, and then they would make their decision.   All seven townships have to be in favor.

Public Comment:  None

No New Business

Motion to adjourn meeting was made by R. Monn, 2nd by S. Nielsen.  Approved.

Meeting adjourned at 7:50pm
